TERMS OF SERVICE

DropRush is a marketplace where software founders can publish Products, offers and limited-time Drops, and users can discover, save and claim qualifying offers.

A Drop may have a limited quantity, a limited claim window or both.

Rush visibility and claim availability are separate. A Drop may leave a Rush or homepage exposure area while remaining claimable elsewhere on DropRush.

Some DropRush features require authentication.

You are responsible for maintaining control of the email account or third-party sign-in method connected to your DropRush account.

You must not impersonate another person, create accounts for fraudulent purposes or use another person's account without authorization.

Drop availability can change quickly.

A visible Drop does not guarantee that inventory will remain available when you attempt to claim it.

A claim is subject to the Drop's stated eligibility, availability, quantity limits and claim rules.

Unless DropRush expressly states otherwise, each user may claim a particular Drop only as permitted by the applicable offer rules.

Do not use bots, scripts, duplicate accounts or other methods intended to bypass claim limits or obtain an unfair allocation.

Products and offers shown on DropRush may be supplied by independent founders or third parties.

Those founders are responsible for the accuracy of their Product information, the validity of their offers and the delivery of what they promise.

DropRush may verify or review marketplace information, pause activity or remove material, but we do not guarantee every third-party Product or service.

Your use of a founder's Product may also be subject to that founder's own terms, licence conditions and privacy practices.

If you publish Products, Listings or Drops through DropRush, you must have authority to offer them.

Founder information and offers must be genuine, lawful and materially accurate.

Founders must honour valid claims and must not use DropRush to promote prohibited, deceptive, unlawful or unavailable offers.

DropRush may pause, reject or remove marketplace activity that breaches these Terms or applicable marketplace rules.

You must not:

• interfere with or disrupt DropRush;
• attempt to bypass security or access controls;
• scrape or automate the service in an abusive manner;
• manipulate availability, claims or marketplace systems;
• upload unlawful, deceptive or infringing material;
• use DropRush to distribute malware or harmful code;
• attempt to access another user's private information;
• use the service for fraud or other unlawful activity.

DropRush and its original branding, interface, software and content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Founders retain responsibility for and rights in the Product information, trademarks and materials they provide, subject to the permissions needed for DropRush to display and operate their marketplace activity.

We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of DropRush as the service develops.

We may also limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or enforcement of these Terms.

We do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, DropRush is provided on an as-available basis.

Third-party Products, offers and founder services are provided by their respective providers.

DropRush does not make warranties about the suitability, quality or continued availability of a third-party Product beyond any commitments expressly stated by DropRush.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DropRush will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the service or a third-party Product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

We may update these Terms as DropRush develops.

The current version will be published on this page with an updated date.

Continued use of DropRush after an updated version becomes effective means you agree to the revised Terms where permitted by law.
